Mark Jackson
Managing Director

Mark founded the company in 1989 and has successfully grown the business in WA. Mark is a Certified Computer Professional with a solid understanding of the role of IT for small and medium enterprises. He specialises in Corporate Governance of IT and has pioneered IT applications in the mining and construction industry.

Mark is a Fellow of the Australian Computer Society and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Paul Bayliss
Manager Solutions and Delivery

Paul has worked for the IT and Communications industry for over 15 years. He joined Multipro IT in 1996 after working as an accountant for a leading Oil and Gas Consultancy. At Multipro IT, Paul is responsible for managing the operational elements of solution delivery through to implementation. He manages the Service Delivery and Engineering team and ensures that they have all the right tools to perform their work effectively and efficiently.

His qualifications include: Bachelor Business Accounting and Finance and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science.

Michelle Harrison
Service Delivery Manager

Michelle has been with Multipro IT since 2006 and was initially responsible for recruiting and managing the Service Desk team. As Service Delivery Manager, she is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction in the delivery of IT services.

She has over 10 years of IT experience within the financial sector and has worked for a subsidiary of Société Générale. Michelle was previously working as an IT Manager and internal BSI ISO auditor in London where she was managing the IT for England, Scotland, Ireland, and The Netherlands.

Christine Harwell
Manager Business Solutions and Delivery

Christine joined Multipro IT in September 2010 and is Manager Business Solutions and Delivery. She works with organisations to understand their business requirements and tailors and manages the delivery of appropriate solutions to meet those requirements.

She has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry, most recently with Gartner, the leading ICT Research & Advisory organisation, where she worked with clients across all industries in WA and NT to ensure they had access to the advice they needed to make the right technology decisions.

Louise Donnan
Commercial Manager

Louise joined Multipro IT in November 2010 and is responsible for all of the accounting and financial aspects of the business. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Louise’s areas of expertise include accounting and taxation. Previously, she was a consultant for accountants and tax agents for their corporate clients and special projects.
